About the event
Barbara will share the path of how she has been guided to her wellness practice in healing with color and light.
Starting with a brief overview of the Law of the Five Elements, (an ancient Chinese medical philosophy upon which acupuncture is based) and how this gave birth to her Art With A Healing Intention. Using images of her stained glass will illustrate how this art integrates body, mind and spirit via color, line and imagery.
As practitioners, we create the healing environment in which our practice is offered. Learning ways to intentionally incorporate these elements into our treatment rooms will support our clients as well as ourselves.
Next, moving into the Colorpuncture modality, that applies beams of colored light on the acupuncture points to move the energy instead of using needles.
And finally how all this has culminated in a way to provide clients a safe, easy way to engage in…
