Alyea, LMHC, holds a BS in Social Psychology from Florida Atlantic University and an MS in Mental Health Counseling from Nova Southeastern University. She began her career in substance abuse treatment in South Florida, later becoming a Clinical Director before returning to her true passion—direct client work.

With extensive experience across diverse populations, including adolescents, veterans, LGBTQ communities, and couples, she integrates a range of therapeutic modalities. Alyea is certified in EMDR, Psychedelic-Assisted Psychotherapy, DBT, IFS, Inner Child work, and Life Coaching.

Known for her innovative, holistic approach, she empowers clients to cultivate confidence, self-love, and lasting transformation by reconnecting with their authentic selves.
