Barbara Ann Strassman

Barbara Strassman, known as Sole Woman, was raised in a home immersed in hands-on healing, meditation, and metaphysical studies. An initiate of Kirpal Singh in the 1970s, she earned a degree in Religion from Wheaton College in 1977. Her journey into holistic healing deepened after her son’s illness led her to Reflexology, later expanding into CranioSacral Therapy, Myofascial Therapy, and Reiki.

Combining her training with relaxation techniques, meditation, and personal insight, Barbara helps clients foster spiritual growth and self-awareness. She guides them in understanding how love- and fear-based thoughts shape their biology, facilitating deep healing in a peaceful, nurturing environment. With an open heart and mind, she holds space for clients on their healing journey, offering support without judgment or agenda.
