Julia Collins

Julia, founder of The Zen Den, has practiced body and energy work since 2013. Specializing in Polarity Therapy and Cranio-Sacral Therapy, she helps clients move from pain to freedom and joy, believing personal healing contributes to global healing.

A St. Lawrence University honors graduate, Julia explored breathwork as a Scuba Dive Master in Honduras before earning her 200-hour YTT in Nicaragua. She trained in Polarity Therapy under renowned curanderos in Mexico (2013-2016) and completed advanced Vagus Nerve studies in 2021.

Julia now teaches 12 levels of Polarity Therapy and 3 levels of Cranio-Sacral Therapy in professional training programs.
