Kristy is a Holistic Intuitive Practitioner combining herbalism, nutrition, energy, nervous system regulation, and lifestyle changes into her appointments. She tests the individual for the priorities on these modalities to bring them to their health goals. She also offers Reiki/Energy appointments, and Human Design consultations. Human Design is based on astrology, chakras, and other ancient modalities to see how a person best makes decisions, how they processes their energy and others energy, and specifics in their personality type.
