Bio

Sarah Bell started practicing yoga nearly 50 years ago, has taught yoga since 1990, and believes that yoga can be for every body. She earned her B.A. in 1989 from the University of California, Santa Cruz where she majored in Community Studies and Social Change with the thesis, The Human Potential Movement. Sarah became inspired by her studies of the human potential and began a career devoted to assisting individuals on their paths to optimal well-being through yoga. She developed the program, a Breathe Yoga Break to share the benefits of yoga in an accessible, brief and effective format. In addition, Sarah is a sound practitioner and enjoys playing sound meditations in partnership with her husband.
