Susannah is a Licensed Massage Therapist, Board Certified Polarity Practitioner (BCPP), Sound Practitioner, Certified Distance Healer, Reiki Practitioner and Certified BodyMind Coach.
Years ago she worked at an office job, and every weekend- like clockwork- she got a headache and stomach pain, and spent the whole weekend home in bed. This went on for months. Her body was trying to tell her something, and she wasn’t listening. When traditional approaches didn’t help, she turned to bodywork—and everything changed. Through reconnecting with her body’s innate intelligence, she discovered her voice, direction, and the courage to live authentically
Over the years she has reconnected with her body and its innate intelligence, found direction in life, and found her voice. Reconnecting with her body allowed her to step out of her comfort zone and pursue things she never would have dreamed of. Now she is able to work with even more people through BodyMind Coaching. BMC has reminded her of what it feels like to trust herself and to listen to her body. She now makes more informed and embodied decisions allowing her to live a more authentic life; a life that reflects her values.
Today, Susannah helps others do the same. Through bodywork, polarity therapy, sound healing, Reiki, and BodyMind Coaching, she guides clients to reconnect with themselves, release stored stress, and make empowered choices that reflect their values. Her mission is to support each person in experiencing greater wholeness, balance, and clarity in their lives
